THE LAST VALENTINE became a New York Times & USA Today Bestseller with its debute in 1998 Hardcover.

Inspired by the author's mother telling him of her wait for his father to come home from World War Two, the title was called, "The love story America is taking to heart."

Hallmark Hall of Fame acquired the film rights and retitled the story, THE LOST VALENTINE, which still airs each year since the World Premier and CBS Movie of the Week debut in 2011 with 14.5 million viewers. Hallmark chose actresses Betty White and Jennifer Love Huish to play the lead roles in this retelling of a World War Two drama of a wife - Caroline Thomas - who waited for fifty years for her "Last Valentine" to return from the jungles of the Philippines.

This "25th Year Anniversary Edition" has been carefully edited to reflect improvements to the storyline, and mirror some of the changes made by the Hallmark movie.  It has been designed as a SPECIAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION, available in both eBook and Paperback.
