A 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY means a lot to me!

25 years ago I submitted a manuscript titled, THE LAST VALENTINE to several literary agents. I was in a hospital bed recovering from a near-death bleeding event described in the audio at the "ABOUT" page at this website.  This was the second time this had happened in two years.  In fact, I used the experience of what it is like to be dying from stomach wounds to describe our hero's final hours at the end of the story.

I share this for a reason, and it is profound; at least to me. Had I not gone through what I did, the pain and years of physical suffering too, I would not have become a published author. I would not have written THE LAST VALENTINE or 10 additional books, with more on the way.

My condition was near fatal. I didn't expect to live long enough to see a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie starring Betty White -- The Lost Valentine -- made from my first novel, The Last Valentine in 2011. I didn't expect to make it to 2022. But here I am, healthier, alive, and still writing.

And I did something I also had not planned for...

...I bought a bunch of ORIGINAL HARDCOVERS each time one was published. Then, instead of selling them, I stored them for some future date.  I just never got around to offering them to fans and collectors until now.  I guess I was just too tired to care.

So I am offering the original copy of THE LAST VALENTINE sold in hardcover 25 years ago, at the original price then, when you purchase the set of 4 love & war romance stories published by St. Martin's Press. All 4 for just $99.95!

But hurry... The sale is limited to just 100 sets, then all remaining hardcovers will be subject to the individual listed price.
